I recently moved abroad and have returned my router by mail. I received a notification confirming that the router has been delivered to vodafone.
Additionally, I have submitted all necessary documents regarding my move abroad and outside the EU, including my Abmeldung, my new registration certificate from my new place of residence abroad, and even my plane ticket as proof.
In my online account, I can see that the service is marked as canceled. However, I received a response from your support team stating that payments will continue until 2026. Since I have provided all the required documents proving my relocation outside the EU, I kindly request clarification on why the charges will continue.
Could you please review my case again and confirm the official termination of my contract?
