Hi Team,
In next week i am going to change my apartment, right now i have a 'Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable' but in new apartment Vodafone just provide DSL and not Cable Internet. I'm wondering if it's possible to change Cable internet and have DSL internet at the new place with old contract?

Hi Mahmoodsaeedi,
had you logged in and then used the link? You can also report the move without the link, directly in the customer portal.

Yes.i tried it. because i changed my apartment, i need to change the address. When i want to add a contract i need an activation code. i requested a new one but i don't know how can i change the address. if it not works i think it is better to terminate my Cable internet contract

Hi Mahmoodsaeedi,
i just tried it without logging in and get directly to the relocation service without any problems. Either you try it with another browser or delete cookies and cache.
