cancellations of new wlan tariff

hello I recently moved to wohnung provided by wohnstadette. As I do not know that there is partnership of my wohnstadette provider with unity media I ordered tariff costing 18 € per month. but I did not know there us 5 € discount on tariff on agreement with wohnstadette. 

please may I cancel new contract which parcel is on way and take a contract with discount 5 € per month.

Such contracts are normally stored and are automatically taken into account when a booking is made. However, if you have signed a contract with www.eazy.de, this discount does NOT apply there. Then you have to send a revocation to [email protected] if you are still within the 14 days revocation period. Otherwise you are unfortunately bound to the contract for 24 months and you could only choose a Vodafone tariff as an existing customer without a discount, but with the € 5 discount.
