I want to cancel my cable contract. My contract started in 2022 and I was supposed to be able to cancel it monthly after two years. But I couldn't cancel it. Can you please tell me the reason and help me cancel it as soon as possible? Thank you!
If you did *any* changes during the 2 years minimum term the 24 months start again. Check your invoice, there you will find when the contract can be cancelled.
