Hello Vodafone Team,

I purchased Vodafone Internet about a month ago.  I received the modem and tried to connect to the internet.  It failed. A technician was sent to my house on Muhlstr  and he could not connect to the internet and determined a new cable would have to be installed from the basement to my apartment.  I told him I would be leaving on holiday for about two weeks and I would contact the support team that notified me.  
After 3 days of no response and a returned email. I received an email stating that I had terminated my service...
I did not terminate my service and have been waiting for support to call me so a technician can install my modem properly.
