I have a cable contract 100 Mbps for 30€ per month. Now I get a bill for 38,98€. Why is that?

Please check your invoice online in the self-service portal.

 

And there might be additional charges like for phone calls to numbers not included in a flatrate.

And please check if the price is the "normal" price -or- if your price contained some deductions that were limited in time and thus you now have to pay the "full" price.
