Hello,
Vodafone sent my kit before my move in date. As such, the delivery by DHL failed. The provider I have been trying very hard to get into contact with Vodafone DE via the support number however it has been very difficult to get hold of someone. I called Telkotec and they said I needed to reach out to Vodafone to re-order the kit. I just need someone re-send the router/kit. Please let me know how I can make this happen.

what do you mean by sent off too soon? Did you specify a desired date? If so, which one? When do you live at the given address? Which state are you from?
