Hi, Couple of months ago, one person came to me and said he was from Vodafone and need to checke my TV cable connection. He only spoke German and I did not understand him. He said something about the TV cable need to be updated. Then I got a bill about Vodafone TV Connect Pro. I did not sign any contract to say I need this, but it charges automatically. I do not understand why it was happened. Can I cancel this service?

when exactly did you receive the order confirmation? Please send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message and then report back here in the thread.

Since March you have a contract about a basic TV service in your flat for 2,49 Euro per month. The order confirmaton was sent to by e-mail on 9th March.

Hi CQY,

 

a signature is also not mandatory for such contracts. And it certainly doesn’t make it any easier to understand if you don’t speak the local language.

 

I would make the following suggestion to you: a refund is not possible, but as a gesture of goodwill, I would offer to terminate the contract at the end of May.

 

Would that be okay with you?
