Vodafone Cable Welcome kit (Cable Router and connection cable) box not yet received

I am newly taken a connection for Vodafone cable and my customer ID is : ***.

I received mail stating Vodafone Box will be recived via DHL, but the DHL delivery was so bad that they not come home. Instesd they returned the PAcket back to vodafone. DHL tracking no:  SENDUNGSNUMMER: ***.

Please arrange to send back the welcome kit (Cable Router and connection cable) ASAP.
