Upgrading Current Cable Contract

Hi, 

A couple of weeks ago, I got a call from Vodafone letting me know that I can upgrade to a 1000mbps plan (from my current 500 mbps) at 6 EUR less. I was interested in the offer, but was running to a meeting so asked for a call back. I have not received a call back just yet.

Has someone else has such an experience of getting that call?

I am looking for better speeds as I am not very happy with the current service speeds and would like to evaluate my options. So please let me know. It is almost impossible to get in touch with someone from Vodafone these days. The contact form throws all sorts of errors too.

What does that mean? 
You get the 500 but want more? - You dont get the 500 because of technical issues or Wifi and want to duct tape it?
