I am currently have upgrade my contract with the tarif Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable which started from 10.2021.  Before I upgrade my contract, I've found the customer with tarif Red Internet  1000 Cable can get a new Wifi 6 WLAN router. But I still keep and use the old Wifi 5 WLAN router. since I've upgrade my contract to the tarif Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable.

How and when can I get a new & free Wifi 6 WLAN router?

Since your cable router already supports Docsis 3.1, there is no reason to replace it.
If you still want it, Vodafone offers you the exchange for a fee of €99.90 plus €9.99 for shipping. It's not free.

Hi,

If you don't mind, can you share what's the speed you are able to get? With speedtest / any other way.

Because since I upgraded (and actually before that too)  my speed never goes more than 50MBit/s. This happens for more than a year, support not able to help, other than "reboot your router" and "reboot your windows"

. 

I want to know if I'm alone with such service quality.

Is your router working properly? If not, how are the impairments noticeable?

I know the old vodafone station can work well. But it is just support wifi5 instead of wifi6.

Because it show s the customer can get a free wifi6 vodafone station if the customer order a internet contract over 1000mbps, I want I can get a free wifi6 vodafone station.

Of course I can return the old wifi5 vodafone station when I get wifi6 vodafone station.

Can I get free wifi6 vodafone station?
