Hello dear Vodafone Team.
2 months ago i have changed my connection from a big to a slower one. I see that in my contract a Tv-Product was added without my consent or my signature. This Tv-Product also has a contract time of 2 years. I would very much appreciate your help, as i cannot pay for a product which i don't need or use. I do not own a TV in my house. I would like the immediate ending and removal of this product out of my contract.
Thank you.

Hello dear Vodafone-Team.
I have been able to terminate the product myself, through customer service. I also received a letter of termination for the specific product. Thank you for your time.

You have received an order confirmation with all booked options, but you have not objected to this within 14 days. So you are now most likely tied to the products for 24 months.
Or did you even make the booking in a Vodafone shop? There is no right of withdrawal at all, since you have actively approached the provider.

Indeed i have approached the provider in a Vodafone Store, to inform about moving in another city and an internet connection change. But i didn't ask for a new product. Should i pay 24 months for a product that i don't even need? There has to be some other way.

In this case, the Vodafone Shop is your contact. Did you receive a printout/copy of what you signed?
In addition, you could have commissioned the move yourself (even with a change of tariff) online at any time. In doing so, only what you yourself arranged would have been booked.
The shops are franchisees who actually only work on a commission basis to generate new customers. Customer service is not their job.
@Díaz_de_Vivar The procedure of shop employees has often been discussed here, but once he has signed a contract, it is valid for the time being.

Meine Meinung!

I did not sign anything. I reported to a Vodafone Store that i will move in another city, also that i want a Tarif change. Since then, i received an "Umzugsbestätigung" saying that a TV product was added to my contact with my consent. If the lack of my German language has been exploited this way, i really don't know what to say. Indeed, no reasonable man wants a TV contract without owing a TV. I have sent emails to customer service, i was personally also back at this store, was ensured that the product will be removed, but 3 months later i still pay for something i don't use.
