Hi team,
I have been using your Unitymedia service for almost 2 years now but since I started using it, I can't create my account or add my contract to MyVodafone system with the customer number xxxxxxxxx. Could you please check why can't I use that customer number?
I am moving to a new apartment and at that apartment, the landlord doesn't install the equipment for Vodafone or Unitymedia service so I would like to ask how can I cancel my contract with you when I move to the new apartment?

What happens when you want to log in or register in "MyVodafone"? Do you get an error message then? If so, what does it say?
Regarding your move, please send us a private message with the following data:
Name of the contract holder:
Current address:
new address:
Date of move:
Date of birth:
State:
current mobile phone number:
As soon as we have received the message from you, we will check whether we can supply your new address. If this is not the case, we will record your cancellation at the end of the minimum contract period. Please send us your certificate of registration as soon as possible. We will then adjust the termination date based on your special termination (3 months to the end of the month from the date of relocation on the certificate). Of course, you will then also receive a written confirmation from us.

Hi,
thanks for your message, my problem is whenever I tried to add the contract with customer number ***, your system said that number is invalid even though it's my customer number in the bill you sent to me via post. The error message is: "Das ist keine gültige Kundennummer. überprüfe bitte Deine Eingabe."
Regarding my move, I sent you a private message about that.
