Hello Team ,
Apologies for writing in english. I am a vodafone cabel customer for almost 9 months now and I am moving to a new address.
My new address doesnt have vodafone connection and the support team adviced that I can terminate the contract early as there is no service offered.
I have sent my termination letter by fax last week and havent received any feedback till now. Can you please check and confirm if my termination has been processed?

Hi Shank401,
there is no fax number for Kabel, so I assume that the cancellation has not reached us. Please use the relocation service, the colleagues there will take care of everything.
