Termination of my Kabel contract

I wrote a letter to Kabel Vodafone and they send me an answer through email asking me to open a thread here and the english speaking team will take care of my request to terminate my kabel contract after my Handy contract was already disconnected on 30.03.2021.

Please disconnect me and update me on how to sent the router back.
