Shifting cable wifi from Stuttgart to Munich

Hi All, I've recently shifted to munich from Stuttgart. I had a cable wifi connection with vodafone but in vodafone website i'm not able to shift my address. Whenever i click on "Order a move online", it jumps back to my vodafone account page. Can someone help?

1st: you should allways use "Umzugsformular" few weeks before you shift.

2nd: Stuttgart belongs to regional company "Vodafone West GmbH" and Munich belongs to regional company "Vodafone Deutschland GmbH". In this case you can't shift easy.

You need a new contract in Munich and you have to cancel Contract in Stuttgart, because shifting in a not availible region.

This looks very cracy but it is true.

Shifting from Stuttgart to i.e Freiburg would work normal, but "Umzugsformular" is necessary too.
