Setup direct debit

 Hi I have RED300 contract (CUSTOMER NUMBER: ***). Need help to setup direct debit starting from 1st April and 1st of every month.

There is no calendar-month billing at VFD/ex-KDG. The billing periods start individually and cannot be changed.
The invoices are created on the key date and are collected within 5 days of being made available.
