I was supposed to get a new Kabel router as part of my upgrade. It did not arrive and I can't reach anyone from support about it. A few days ago i get a mail saying I need to send back my old router and now I checked meinvodafone it says "Auftrag Storniert am 07.02.2023". I don't know what to do now or why this was canceled.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Please help!!
