Router Activation

I've seen this topic before but I couldn't find any answers. I followed the instructions and installed my router. The internet light is still blinking red a day later. I don't speak German so I can't call. How do I get help?

If I understand correctly, then the connection has not yet worked? You have connected the device as in the description?
