Hello,
I recently move to Germany so my German is not up to the mark that's why I write this message in English.
I toke the Vodafone Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable on 1.11.2021 at Vodafone Shop Bremerhaven-Lehe and the router with all the other accessories came on 5.11.2021. After connecting all the cables, I did not get the internet. In the router, the red light is always blinking. The same day I go to the shop and tell them about my problem they said to me that a technician will come on 6 or 8 of November. Till now I am not getting any call or message from the technician.
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

did a technician contact you in the meantime? If not, please send me a private message with the following data:
- name
- address
- customer number
- birth date of the contract owner
- phone number
Please reply here again after you sent the details. If a technician needs to come to you to finish the installation he will need access to the house installation, can you grant him that? Are there symptoms in your household that might be linked to Covid-19?

Yes, The technician can access the house installation. There are no symptoms in our household linked to Covid-19.
