Query about my internet contract & connectivity problem

Hi

 

Currently, I am using Vodafone 1000Mbps for the first 6 months and I would downgrade it after 6 months to 100 Mbps. Could you please let me know how I can request this? Is there any email address that I can send my request to?

Thank you for your reply. I would continue this topic to clarify something for myself. I just noticed in my contract the starting date is right 6 months after Feb 2021 and my minimum contract was 24 months. Since there were not any changes in my contract, how this could happen? I mean if I want to terminate my contract that should be the first of February 2023, but as I can see in the portal it says starting date is 01.08.2022. 

Is that correct, the trial period is not considered in this contract? Thank you in advance for your reply

Hi Mohamm6d,

 

the decisive factor is the termination date that is displayed in the customer portal. Is that in February or August?

Hi & thank you for your reply. Here is what it says in my last invoice:

Start 15.08.2021
Kündigungsfrist
30 Tage
Laufzeitende
15.02.2023
Kündigungseingang
bis 15.01.2023

But I have started using this service in Feb 2021 and the minimum contract was 24 months, so the end date should be Feb 2023 if I don't miss anything here.
