I have Vodafone cable internet box, During the box ordering Customer executive offered me gigakombi offer with sim card as follows
Unlimited calls to India
Unlimited calls to EU
6 GB internet
Monthly tariff 13.99 cancellable at any time.
But after I called to india My mobile application showed a very large amount like 80 EUR for calling India for about 40 mins.
Problem 1) Please let me know why I was charged this much even though I was offered as above, Kindly refund the same already charged amount.
If you can not fix this problem please cancel my sim card and I do not require the SIM card if I can not call India freely.
Problem 2) I consent Direct debit from my bank account only for cable internet. Please do not take any amount for mobile prepaid charges, which I would like to pay manually.
Problem 3) I was informed there are no additional costs during installation, but Vodafone took some 75 or 80 EUR from my bank account, Please refund it Else I will cancel the whole cable contract and I can not bear such a manipulation.
Problem 4) Why I am being forced to use security software from Vodafone which cost 3.99 EUR extra cost for me and I don't want to add this to my contract.
Please help me with these 3 problems and in case if you fail to solve these problems I will look for alternative service providers and say goodbye to vodafone.

Hi Ravi-India,
please have a look in you order confirmation and contract details. There are all prices, flat rates and options stated including your monthly and one time fees.
In the price lists you can find the charges for calls in foreign countries, which are not includes in options or flat rates.
Please also have a look in your invoices. There are all amounts stated which we deduct from your bank account.
