Hello,
I have moved abroad and requested the termination of my contract via email to "kundenservice@unitymedia.de" (Kable Internet in BW state). I have provided the abmeldung from my previous city and the anmeldung for the new one. I have received no answer at all since Feb 28th.
I undestood that since Dec 2021 only 1 moth notice is required if you move abroad, is that correct?
I need to know the postal address to send the router device, could you please help?

You can create and print out a return label here so that you can send all devices back to Vodafone West free of charge: https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/alles-zu-retoure-widerruf.html
However, the cancellation confirmation also contains such a return label for free DHL shipping.
Please keep the posting receipt until you receive the email with the return confirmation.

Hi @Torsten, thank you for your answer. I have not received any email as confirmation of cancellation. I have just created the return label, although I dont have a german address anymore, is it still valid for sending the device from abroad?

Name, first name
Customer number
Date of birth
complete address (old one in Germany)
