I have been without any services since I moved to another appartment April 2021 and it is now Jan 2022.
I sent a cancellation regarding the lack of availability and I recieved no confirmation untill 4th of Jan 2022.
In addidion to that, Vodafone just Reimburesed me with 55,43 Euro and 19,99 Euro. with no services at all and even with my cancellation.
I need to know how to clean this mess up and how to find someone to fix that.
Specially, there is no services speaking english on phone.

What do you mean with no service?
Another appartment same building or another one?
Did you report your move via form?

Vodafone told me the service is available in the new place, but when I moved, I found, as any place in Germany, there is Kabel in the infrastructure but not strong enough for internet and they kept sending technitian from time to time to check and was the same.
I sent them cancellation, with no response.
I called them, they told me a manager will call you, and this never happen.
I sent the FB English service and they said, yes you send the cancellation but we didn't confirm it, so you will be with us then.
And they sent me the cancellation confirmation after more than 5 month of my cancellation letter. and after they charge me for a line fees and internet fees.

Hi hhemied,
why didn't you check with the Facebook service if you were already in contact with colleagues there? The colleagues have the same options as we do here. Double processing is therefore not helpful.

I did check there multiple times and they just tell me nothing to do from our side and thats all.
If you could help, could you please provide a post detials to send my complains to?
I need to send this issu to them.
