No Vodafone Cable in new location

Hello,

We just moved to friedrichain area in Berlin and after visiting the vodafone office, we were informed that we can't use our cable connection in the area as only DSL connection is available in the area.

 

Kindly inform me how to send the city registration to validate our new place of residence.

And advise how we can cancel our contract .

Just use the online relocation service http://vod.af/umzugemelden. You have a special right of termination with a notice period of 1 month from the notification of your move.

in case u agree 2 change your vodafone cable contract into a vodafone dsl contract:

the german called "umzugsteam" is definitely the best choice.

competently agents (some r even able 2 speak english) will handle everything 4 u

Hi , Unfortunately , for the type of work we do , we do not want to use DSL due to the limitation 

Unfortunately, you will have no other choice but a DSL connection if Vodafone cannot offer a cable connection there. Otherwise you just have to see if the address is supplied by another cable provider.

I have filled the moving form . 

What do I need to do after this? Will the contract be terminated after submitting this form? as I did not respond to any mail, it says exam successful only

You will receive a written confirmation of cancellation, either by letter to the old address or by email. In any case, this should also be stored in your MeinVodafone portal if you have added your contract there.
Everything that you have to do or observe is listed there.

Did you submit the form or just fill it out? Once you have submitted it, you will also receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email (within a few minutes).
I strongly advise you to contact Vodafone Service on Facebook or Twitter for English language support as well.
