New connection, no device, no support, no one cares*

I signed up for vodafone cable internet and my order was confirmed by 30-12-2022, after few days of confirmation got a call saying that an engineer/technician will come on 14-01-2023 along with the router or necessary device and provision the connection, but one have come to do that on the specified date.

 

since the next day i am trying to reach out to vodafone support, first i tried the online chat as they speak english they advised me to reach out to  "0800 172 12 12" number where i can get support in english for my query.

 

I am new to the country  (been 2 months here) and i dont know german but some how i managed to reach the cusotmer service by catching some of the key words and repeating "operator" "operator" multiple times and found a pattern to reach the live agent.

 

I reached the live agents four times especially today and before i share any details with them i simply asked "Do you speak english" they should have responded like "yes", "no" or "ja", "nein" which might have made sense to continue the discussion or i could have asked for a call transfer to any english speaking agent if possible, but unfortunately all the time the response i got is an abrupt end of call.. they didnt even care to give a call back if its an accidental disconnect...god i get freakingly angry listening to that call ending tone!!!!

 

I dont know what kind of pathetic/uncultured/arrogant customer handling training were given to these customer care agents.

 

Anyway the point i am trying to make here is i am with no internet connection for almost 20 days even after order confirmation and there is no easy way to reach out to the customer service to solve the query espcially for non-german speaking.

 

please dont come with your facebook and twitter link all are equally pathetic as nothing is providing a quick resolution for the actual issue.

 

My Kundennummer is *** if anyone really cares to support me in the name of customer support please try to solve my query as soon as possible by provisioning the connection at my place, if not cancel my contract and give me an acknowledgment so that i can go and find a worthy or better vendor who shows some respect to their customer!!!

 

PS: Earlier i thought as i am not a german speaking i am facing these level of challenges, later i went throgh some of the articles/post where people have shared their concern then i realised that the problem is not with the language it is with actual "fantabulous" service offered by vodafone....Kudos team!!!

Since August 22 there is no Support in the forums.

English Support is on Twitter or Facebook.

What do you mean by that? 

I mean to say the support via facebook and twitter links, I have reached out to vodafone via twitter messenger but no response yet..
