New Vodafone cable connection

Hallo!

Aplogies! I can't speak/write German. I tried calling help line but all in vain.

I have ordered Kabel Internet Connection recently which was confirmed and i received DHL confirmation of delivered but I haven't received the package, Tracking shows that i have receieved.

I have checked my mailbox for any note DHL might have left to neighbours but couldn't find anything.

DHL tracking shows delivered on Wednesday. 

Delivery successful.

We, 10.11.2021, 12:47 hours

Recipient: 13187 Berlin Delivered to: Recipient (orig.).

Any recommendations?

Have you been able to clarify your concerns yourself in the meantime? Have you ever asked DHL where the package was delivered?
