I have applied for a new connection of Vodafone Kabel Internet via check24 website on July 11, 2022. On July 12, 2022 I received an e-mail stating :
Dear Sagardas Sagardas,
You have received a new letter from us - by post or email. You can now find a copy of it for the next 13 months at vodafone.de/meinedokumente.
But I didn't have Vodafone account till today, I have just created it right now. Although, I am not able to find this letter online. Also I ordered this connection for my new apartment in which I will be moving on 19th July, 2022, so there is no way I can collect the letter if it is sent by post on new address. I have provided my desired deployment date as 29th July, 2022, considering the previously mentioned move-in date.
Will it be possible to share the letter via e-mail so that I can track the order online and add to my vodafone account.
Also please let me know when can I expect the hardware delivery.
