New Internet Contract

Hello,
Last friday i made an order for a internet+phone pack..
Afterwards i got an email that said my order would be confirmed in two working days.
More recently I received an email saying that I have a message in the MeinKabel.
The problem is that I never got a confirmation email nor the code to access the MeinKabel.
Can you help me?

The desired date was 9 April. This means that the devices will be shipped so that they will be with you on the desired date.
