I have bought the cable router 1 month ago and I have installed it last week for the first time. The router was on for more than 2 days but all lights keep blinking white even after I restarted it.
I tried to call support around 8 times. Only twice I was able to speak to someone in English and they both said they will check the issue and get back to me but never did. It has been almost 1 week and the issue is not solved.
This is a very bad experience with Vodafone until now. Kindly allow an English-speaking customer support agent to call me back to check the issue.
