My new contract status

Hello,

I booked a new contract (2 years before I was a Vodafone user) for my new apartment with 19 April as starting date. Currently other than a email confirmation email, I did not receive any info from Vodafone. 

And I will get the keys for the new home only by 14 April. Does anything goes to my new address? Or otherwise how could I check the status.

Did you specify a desired date when ordering? Which state are you from?

Yes I did specify the date as 19 th April and actually my new connection is in Braunschweig,  Lower Saxony.

Hi Nancy,

Thank you very much, I received the package before Easter to my Neighbour. Even though I did not still connect but I hope this will work automoatically when I connect to the socket in my apartment.
