I ordered Vodafone Kabel 100 on October 16th, 2023 through DHL. Unfortunately, my router has been returned to the original sender (Vodafone). I haven't received any notification from Vodafone so far. Kindly help me with this regard.

What should I do to ensure my router is sent to the correct address? Is it possible to deliver the router again to my address?
