Hello there,
Hello Support,
I am moving to a new apartment, and I would like to change my connection/billing address to the new one.
I don't have Vodafone MeinKabel Login. I tried to use umzugsservice but it does not seem to work as well. https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/umzugsservice
Could you please help me on that?

Hey vnhbng,
the removal service also works without a login, I just tested it myself. Please report the move via this service as well.
