Hi all,
I moved to a new flat which is Vodafone only, and I made the request of a new contract before moving to my new flat. I didnt receive any mail neither post from them as an order confirmaiton and now I am missing the following data
Now I am stuck with out being able to see any invoices of my contract because I already register my self before receiving any confirmation.
I complaing through customer services and they said as I only speak english I should post this on a forum instead of reaching out to them…
What shall I do now? To whom should I reach to get that information and be able to see my contract???

Hi fbricenho,
you can add the contract only after you have received the order confirmation. The activation code is included there.
