Dear Vodafone,
I have problem with my internet contract.
I have ordered the vondafone internet at Mai, and received my router at 25. Juni, but my Auftragsdaten is not together with router. Hence I called Kundenservice and Vindafone Hotline many times to request your colleague to send my contact by post or Email.
Finally I received the information about my contract/ Auftragsdaten at last Friday 16.07.2021, but I found my contract is totally wrong! That is totally not what I ordered!
What I want is 50 Mbit/s - 24months 19.99Euro per month, but what I got is after six months, I need to pay 29.99 per month for 50 Mbit/s!
Also the name in contract is incorrect. Then I can say that contract is not under my name.
Now I would like to change it to the correct contract: 19.99 per month for 24 months (what mentioned in your web page).
I have called Kundenservice at 17.07.2021 about the wrong contact, they mentioned they cannot change it in their system as already over 14days. They told me I can send the Email to kabel-widerruf@Vodafone.com. But I received the feedback today after I sent the Email on 17.07.2021, your colleague metioned I need to contact vodafone english speaking colleagues here and create this new thread for my topic, then you will help me.
If I can receive my contract together with my router, of course I could find the problem early and cancel it immediately! But Vondafone just sent my contract at 14.07.2021 and I received it at 16.07.2021.
Now I recommend two solutions here:
Solution 1: change my current contract to 19.99 per month for 24months.
Solution 2: cancel current wrong contract and make a new correct one.
Please let me know how to resolve this problem.
