Internet monthly charges increased

Hello Team,

I have two contracts and in that one id Giga BOX TV connetion. which is I am not using but I havent cancel the contract so I am paying 14.99 Euro every month, and I asked your team that this monthly charge will increase in my 2 years contract and I got the answer from Thomas that it will not change after 12 months aslo but this month I got 19.99 euro monthly changes and tell me why you increase the monthly changes without informed me?

I need propoer answer why you increase the monthly charges. If you need more information about my question which was i asked to Thomas let me know i will give you.

Hi Amol03,

Thomas was right in his statement. The price does not change after 12 months. Only after 6 months the promotion price is dropped. Therefore, 19.99 euros are now charged instead of 14.99 euros. This is also what the order confirmation says.
