I want to cancel my contract

Hi,

I have two contracts:

- Internet & Phone, Vertrag ***
- TV, Vertrag ***

I want to cancel both. I don't speak German enough to do that over phone.

You cannot cancel contracts over phone - you need to cancel them in a written way (either using postal services, mails or the contract form).
