Hello ,
My direct debit payment scheduled for yesterday failed due to an issue with my bank account. The issue has now been resolved. How do I initiate another direct debit payment for my current cabel internet bill?

Hello CC2,
if the debit failed the first time, another attempt will start in a few days. Only if this also fails, the bank account will be deleted from the system.
