Hi!
I need help with my internet connection. I signed contract with Vodafon a few weeks ago. I already informed them I will move to my new apartment on the 1st of august 2023 and the staff in the shop said they will deliver me the router to my new address. However, I didnot get the said router yet and I need internet for my new apartment. So what is the next step and where can I contact to get the router.

Check the written „Auftragsbestätigung“ - did you actually sign a contract *with* router? Since not long ago Vodafone offers contracts with and without router, if the router isn‘t mentioned it wasn‘t included and you have to buy your own.

I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to discuss an experience I had with your customer service and a recent order. I visited your shop last Tuesday to address an issue I encountered while attempting to communicate via WhatsApp with your customer service team. I must admit that my experience was less than satisfactory.
During my visit, I brought my contract along with me as instructed. However, I was asked for my customer number, which I typically receive through email. Regrettably, I never received the email containing this information. Consequently, the shop ordered a router for me, which was said to be shipped within three business days. Despite this, I have not yet received the router.
In light of this situation, I would appreciate your assistance with the following matters:
Could you kindly guide me on how to obtain my customer number, which is typically sent via email? This information would be greatly helpful.
The wait for the router has been longer than anticipated. Would it be possible to expedite its delivery or provide me with a tracking number? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be much appreciated.
This marks my first experience with Vodafone, and while I remain hopeful for a positive resolution, I must admit that the current challenges have left me uncertain about recommending your services to my family and friends. I kindly request your attention to these concerns, as I believe in the potential for resolution and improvement.
Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Chomsiri
