6 Days ago (last Wednesday) I ordered internet service and a router, and I received an email saying wait for my order to process, and since then I have no received any further emails about shipping, no customer number, nothing. I can't check the progress because I do not have these items. Did my order actually go through? How long does it take until it will ship?
