Hello,
We are moving out to the new house. but i would like to keep my Vodafone contract and all current settings with me to the new address (already checked, Vodafone services present to the new address as well). I already requested the Vodafone team to arrange a call to understand the procedure and requirement. So far I have only received the contract termination confirmation but nothing else. Can someone from the Vodafone moderator team, help me to forward my request to the concerned team?

Finally, i managed to restore the service. It was something to do with terminal power was down.

Yes i am moving from Berlin to Brandenburg. More precisely to königs wusterhausen. I already checked the Vodafone availability is already there. So I just need someone who can explain the procedure and how much time it will take.

- Date of birth
- current address
- new address
- moving day.

Hello preetfzr,
you have entered house number 3 in the relocation serive for the new address. You cannot continue to use the connection there. Therefore, a termination was set. However, you informed us of house number 3c, where the connection is possible.
You have also given different dates for the move, once 01.12. and once 26.11..
Can you let us know more precisely when and where you will be moving?

I am sorry for the typo, yes the house number is 3C. The plan is to move by end of Nov, but i want to have an internet connection to be there already. So please take 26.11.2021 date for the movement,

Hello,
Today evening i received an phone call from Vodafone customer care and the lady on phone was telling me, there is nothing much updated in regards to my contract in the system. But she said there is only one entry placed yesterday stating customer address was wrong!
Can you please confirm me, if everything is alright and i would be able to keep my current contact and all those enabled settings? Also i need information in regards to the connection and hardware setup on my new address.
