Hello ,
I am sorry , my direct debit did not go through due to funds in the account .
i updated my SEPA to my other account so that it can work but I do not know how to activate it to be able to pay for the failed invoice that was not able to be debited . I think the update I made will only take effect in the next billing cycle .
Can you advise me what to do so I do not get penalysed for the failure to make the payment on time .

Hi bukolaj,
since we already have your data, I was able to check right away. The new bank details are on the system and the direct debit is in progress. So everything is in order. Do you have any further questions?
