Could I change my contract from cableMax 1000 to 250

My current contract is cablemax 1000, which to be honest looks too much, I believe the recommended for my usage is 250 

Could I change the contract?

Only if you are out of the 24 month minimum contract term. If you are, contact support via WhatsApp (support in English should be available there) and they will help you.
