Cancelling my cable contract

Hello,

Hoping someone can help me.  

I will be leaving Germany permanently in December and returning to Australia.   Due to this I need to cancel my internet cable contract.  Can someone please tell me how I can do this and what documents I need to provide?  

I saw a previous posting which mentioned a form but when I click on the link, it just sends me to the page to add a contract to the my Vodafone portal.

Hi Amy,

you only need to report a move. For this purpose we have an online moving service.

Hi amy44,

with the form you report the move abroad. This then goes to the colleagues and they will process everything else. You will then also receive a confirmation.
