Cancelled the contract extension on time - invoiced afterwards still...

Hello

 

I canceled my Kabel contract in time for the renovation but somehow it got extended and I am still being invoiced. I tried to reach out by phone but nobody speaks English. I am canceling because I no longer live in Germany. 

 

Can you please provide some help here?

Hi CarlosPR,

 

where did you send the notice? Did you receive a confirmation with the cancellation date? If you have moved abroad, you can also report this to us via the relocation service. The colleagues will then take care of the processing.

thanks for your answer. Yes, I did both things. 

2 days before the end of the defined period for automatically extending the contract I did cancel it and received the confirmation. However, it got extended to 1 more year.

I also used the relocation link as I am moving abroad this week.

the Kabel contract has been terminated on the agreed period of time but the Mobilefunk is still active. Why it has not been terminated?
