Cancellation of unitymedia service

I have a unitymedia Internet and I would like to terminate the contract. I tried to contact the vodafone customer care but unfortunately I am not able connect to anyone. Please help me

You cannot cancel via Telephone - you need to send a written cancellation statement to one of the adresses mentioned in your invoices.

what happened? Why do you want to cancel your contract with us?

Have you sent us your cancellation by mail or post?
