Since relocating to my new address (Bavaria to Berlin) and porting my cable internet, my cable has not worked at all and calling customer services or talking to advisors in the store has been a complete nightmare. I just need a techician to verify why my cable line is not working and how to fix it? This has been going on for almost 2 months now im so over this non-sense, so this is my last chance before I seek to cancel or take legal action to gain lost services paymentss.
