Hi there!

Last month I registered Eazy*20 contract with Vodafone. Unfortunately, my building was quite old and didnt have the antenna socket. And the process of calling technician is complicated, so I withdrew the contract in noticed time period.

After that, I received the confirmation of withdrawing and instruction for returning products from Vodafone by post. And Vodafone also sent me the confirmation that I return the modem successfully.

The problem is, I still being charged for the installation fee in first month, with the amount of 62€. I cant understand how it was like that and whether or not I will be charged every month from now on.

It would be great that someone can help me out with this charging process. Thank you for your time.

Withdrawing was the wrong way - you would've needed a technician visiting and then reporting back that cable internet is unusable/unavailable at your house - in that case, no fees would've been charged,

But by withdrawing without informing Vodafone about the issue, Vodafone has to take it as Cable internet is available but you don't want it anymore - and this is charging you for the installation/setup fees as well as for the time that the connection might've been up (so from the day you received the package until withdrawal).

That you are unable to call in German is anyhow no excuse at all...
