Hi!
Ich nutze das Kabelinternet von Vodafone jetzt seit fast zwei Monaten und mein Bankkonto wurde noch nicht belastet.

Ich habe versucht, dies mit der Kundenbetreuung zu kommunizieren, mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut. Niemand ist bereit, Englisch zu sprechen.

Kann mir jemand helfen, wie ich die monatliche Internetmiete an Vodafone zahlen kann?

With the current tariffs - except for the Cable Max 500 or 1000 - the first 6 months are free of charge. No invoice is created and nothing is debited.
After that, you will always receive the invoice monthly and if you gave a SEPA direct debit mandate when you placed the order, the amount will be debited from your account one week later.
