Hello
I already have a MyVodafone account associated with my mobile contract, and I wanted to add my DSL to the same account so I can check my bills etc. In fact I have 2 DSL contracts I want to add.
In order to do so I need to enter my DSL online registration codes which I don't have.
How I can retrieve this Registration Codes? As they are old contracts, I don't have the respective papers.

please send me a PN with your customer data (customer number, name and date of birth of the contract holder, e-mail address).

Dear All,
I have received 2 activations codes to enable me to have the online registration into the Portal and track my invoicing .
However....I have received the codes in a format of XXXXX-YYYYY-ZZZZZ , that means I received 15 digits 5digits x3 fields , when the portal to link to add my contracts , requiring the registration code is 5X5 digit fields......so what is the delta here?
I am missing another 10 digits? or I need to fill the rest in certain way.
Cannot be so difficult....as I expect that the requirement from your portal should be a generic format...
